This was a part of the opening sequence to the Spice Girls Reunion tour. Prior to the girls coming on stage, they wanted a sequence that would build anticipation. In addition it needed to segue into a transition of their live appearance. The Spice Girls are magically rendered out of light and in the end are rendered before the audience as they step in front of their digital counterparts and walk off the screen onto the stage.
